there is a history there from their first shows in LA back in 1986 to the new EP scheduled to be released on September 25 followed by a new CD next year.
Jay Hening (guitarist) [was in Demolition 23 with Mike Monroe and Sam Yaffa as well] commited suicide in 1997.

Ummmm....great band!!!! I prefer the Love Drag Years cd but Go Go Girls in Love is good too.

In some of the pics they look like a cross between Hanoi Rocks, Dog's and Vain, do they sound like them too?

if you don't have it already you have got to pick up The Love Drag Years. Excellent cd.
I never got the chance to see Star Star but I did see Demolition 23 once when Mike was doing his DJ thing up in NYC. At the end of the night Demolition would jam for a bit. Seb Bach and Joey Ramone were there and got up on stage with them.
As for Jay, he couldn't leave the country due to legal reasons, that was why Nasty played with Demolition 23 overseas.
I'm probably way off but i hear a little Enuff Z'nuff in there sound. They are poppier then Hanoi/Dogs more towards the Vain sound.
